Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large parsnip(s)
- 7 slices of raw ham
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the parsnips and cut them into thin slices. Place a slice of raw ham on each serving dish and top with 3-4 slices of parsnip. Sprinkle lightly with thyme and drizzle with honey. Wrap the raw ham around the ham and secure with toothpicks. Grill the parcels until cooked to your desired doneness (approx. 10 minutes).
