Grilled salad with tomatoes and potato rösti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 2 bags of ready-made mix for salad, garden herbs
  • oil
  • 6 Rösti, wedges, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Prepare the salad dressing according to the package instructions using water and oil, then add the onions, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Fry the hash browns in a pan with a little oil until crispy, then roughly shred with a fork just before cooking. Fold the fried hash browns into the salad. This delicious salad is easy to prepare. Add the hash browns just before serving. Ideal for your next summer garden party.
