Adriana's Pudding – Cookie Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 packs of biscuits (butter)
  • Milk, for dipping the cookies
  • 1 sachet of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 bag of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 1 sachet of pudding powder, raspberry or strawberry
  • n. B. sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 ½ liters of milk, also low-fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

no eggs, no baking and super super delicious!!!!

Line a tall baking tray or rectangular dish with baking paper. Dip the butter biscuits in milk for approx. 2 seconds and place them next to each other, leaving a gap of approx. 2-5 mm between them so that the tray is covered. Cook the vanilla pudding as described in the instructions and spread it on the butter biscuits while still warm. Let the pudding cool for approx. 2 minutes and then add the next layer of milk-dipped butter biscuits. Cook the chocolate pudding as described in the instructions and pour it on the second layer of butter biscuits while it is still warm. Let the pudding cool for approx. 2 minutes and then add the next layer of milk-dipped butter biscuits. Cook the strawberry or raspberry pudding as described in the instructions and pour it on the third layer of butter biscuits while it is still warm. Let the pudding cool for approx. 2 minutes and then add the next layer of milk-dipped butter biscuits. Whip the cream, spread it on the top layer of butter biscuits and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Let it cool in the refrigerator (possibly the day before).
