Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the margarine until soft, then gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and continue beating. Once the sugar has dissolved, beat in the eggs, then gradually add the flour and baking powder while stirring. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet and spread it out. Bake at 165°C for about 25 minutes.
