Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 lemons
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ginger root, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 salmon steaks
- Chili powder to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Squeeze the lemons and chop the garlic. Combine the lemon juice, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and chili powder. Make small incisions in the salmon skin about 1 cm apart. Pour the marinade over the salmon and chill for at least 3 hours. Then drain and grill on both sides.
