Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 5 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of white wine, if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, dice the onions into small cubes, add the sunflower oil, ketchup, the juice of half a lemon, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can add a dash of white wine. Now, simply mix everything together. Enjoy this sauce with grilled sausages, for example.
