Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g shrimp(s), raw
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • rosemary
  • olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper

deliciously marinated, easy and quick

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and devein. For the marinade, peel the garlic and thinly slice it. Finely chop the rosemary and grate some of the lemon zest using a kitchen grater. Mix the garlic, rosemary, and lemon zest with olive oil in a bowl. Add the shrimp and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Alternatively, you can vacuum seal the shrimp with the marinade. Remove the shrimp from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before grilling. Preheat the grill and grill the shrimp at medium heat (about 120°C) for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with sea salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice before serving.
