Grilled Tomatoes with Crumb Topping

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

  • Wash tomatoes, cut out the stem and cut in half crosswise. Place the tomatoes in a grill tray with the cut surfaces facing up.
  • Wash the rocket, shake dry and chop finely. Peel and press the garlic. Mix the rocket, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan and oil. Salt and pepper the tomatoes and cover with the crumbs. Lightly press
  • Bake on the gas grill with the lid closed (or in the oven) at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes
