Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 kg venison loin
- 2 packs of bacon
- 5 sprigs rosemary
- pepper
- Spice mix (grill spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
The meat should be approximately 7 cm wide and 20-25 cm long. Pat dry, season with pepper and barbecue seasoning, scatter the rosemary sprigs all around, and wrap everything tightly with bacon. Place on the grill and grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the heat.
