Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 eggs, raw
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Place the minced meat, mozzarella, raw eggs, and low-fat quark in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix everything well. Divide the meat dough into two portions, shape into two balls, and place a hard-boiled egg in the center of each. Line a baking dish with parchment paper, place the two meatballs on top, and bake at 175°C (convection oven) for 45 minutes. Serve with cauliflower puree.
