Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Camembert(s), ripe
  • 100 g cheese (Brie), ripe
  • 100 g cheese (Limburger), ripe
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 handful of herbs, as desired, e.g. chives, parsley, wild garlic, etc.
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mash the cheese with a fork. Fold in the butter and cream cheese. Chop the herbs, dice the onions, and stir in. Season to taste with caraway, paprika, salt, and pepper. Tip: I buy the cheese at least two weeks before preparing the G’rupftn so it’s very ripe. This way, it tastes especially delicious!
