Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300g Camembert(s)
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds

Bavarian specialty

Peel the onion and dice it along with the Camembert into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place the Camembert, onion, garlic, processed cheese, and cream cheese in a bowl. Season generously with salt, pepper, and more paprika. Mash everything vigorously with a fork. The mixture should now turn a nice bright red. Taste it occasionally and adjust seasoning accordingly. Finally, add about 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds and mash it again. Serve with fresh pretzels.
