Gruyère cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cheese (Gruyère)
  • 100 g shrimp (cooked)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the cheese into strips. Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Combine the cheese strips, shrimp, and cucumber slices in a bowl. For the marinade, combine the mayonnaise with the yogurt and tomato ketchup. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Wash the dill, pat dry, chop, and stir in. Mix the marinade with the ingredients in the bowl and let the salad marinate for about 30 minutes.
