Ingredients
- 1 Ripe avocado approx. 200 g
- 1 big pinch Chilli flakes
- 1 big pinch Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 1 big pinch Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel the avocado with the peeler and remove the pulp from the core. Work the pulp with chilli flakes (1 pinch), coarse sea salt from the mill (1 pinch), colored pepper from the mill (1 pinch) and lemon juice (1 teaspoon) with a potato masher, pour into a glass vessel and in until ready to serve put in the fridge. Can be used as a spread or dip.
