Ingredients

  • 1 Pc. Avocado
  • 1 Pc. Lime
  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

  • Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scrape out the pulp with a spoon. Transfer to a bowl and add the lime juice, yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix until creamy with the hand blender. To store, place the avocado seed in the middle of the dip and it will keep its beautiful green color.
  • The dip is very simple and contains few ingredients, but I like it best that way.
  • The dip tastes good B. to the cinnamon sweet potato corners. If you stir in some hot pasta cooking water, it also makes a nice pasta sauce. Also tastes good as a spread on bread.
