You need 1500 grams of edamame, 2 cloves of garlic, 80 grams of spring onions, half a bunch of coriander, 60 milliliters of olive oil, 100 milliliters of lime juice, 125 grams of Greek yogurt, 125 milliliters of water, cumin, and salt.

  1. First, boil water in a large saucepan.
  2. Once the water is boiling, you can add the edamame and simmer for 5 minutes. Then turn off the stove and let the edamame steep for another 5 minutes.
  3. Then put the edamame in a blender and puree it thoroughly. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together in the blender.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more water. Taste the guacamole afterward and decide if you want to add more spices or lime juice.

  • First, put the beans in a blender along with the almond butter, garlic clove, olive oil, and parsley, and blend the ingredients thoroughly.
  • In the next step, wash the tomato and cut it into small cubes.
  • Process the lime by grating about half of the zest and then squeezing the lime.
  • Now mix the pureed mass with the finely chopped tomato, as well as the lime juice and zest.
