Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 egg yolk or 1 whole egg
- n. B. Vegetables of your choice (e.g. peppers, tomatoes, zucchini)
- salt and pepper
- Cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Line the puff pastry with a baking sheet and pull up the edges. Mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream and egg, then spread it on the puff pastry. Chop the vegetables and toss them into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
