Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spaetzle
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g meat (gyros)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- n. B. cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaetzle until al dente. Finely slice the onions and sauté them with the gyro. Chop the bell peppers and add them. Layer the spaetzle with the gyro in a casserole dish. Mix the sour cream and cream together and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
