Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g beef, seasoned (kebab meat, gyros)
- 500 g noodles (kritharaki, rice noodles), pre-cooked
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 2 m.-large tomato(s), quartered
- 3 m.-large onion(s), quartered
- 1 can of mushrooms (420 ml)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Cayenne pepper
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 500 ml water
- some olive oil
- Broth, granulated
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
After a restaurant visit, simply try it out
Brown the meat in a little oil. Add the bell peppers, onions, and drained mushrooms and cook. Briefly fry the chopped garlic, then deglaze with water and add the tomatoes. Stir in the tomato paste, season generously(!) with granulated stock and the spices, and let everything simmer slightly. Stir in the cooked rice noodles and pour everything into a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
