Gyro pizza

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of tzatziki, approx. 500 g
  • 150 g olives, green and black, without stones
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 600 g gyros meat, seasoned
  • 200g pizza
  • possibly pepper, pickled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the meat. Preheat the oven to 225°C (425°F) using conventional heat according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, roll out the pizza dough and spread with the tzatziki. Halve or slice the olives into rings and scatter them over the pizza with the crumbled feta. Sprinkle the fried gyro meat as well. If you like, you can top with the pepperoni. Finally, add the pizza cheese. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes according to the package instructions.
