Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beef kebab
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 small onions, red
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tbsp tzatziki, approx.
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meat to the desired degree of browning. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and onion and wash the tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. Cut the cucumber, onion, and tomatoes into equal-sized pieces and tear the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mix everything with 2-3 tablespoons of tzatziki and fold in the still-warm meat. Serve with fries.
