Gyro-style pork skewers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 slice(s) pork, loin, cut into very thin slices
  • 16 pieces of sheep’s cheese, small
  • 1 onion(s), quarter lengthwise and separate
  • some oil
  • Spice(s) for gyros
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place a piece of feta cheese on each slice of pork loin, season, and roll up. Brush with oil and season further if desired. Thread four rolls, alternating with the onion pieces, onto a wooden skewer. Grill or pan-fry for about 10 minutes on each side. Serve with garlic bread or salad.
