Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg pork (pork neck) in approx. 1 cm thick slices
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 lemon(s), squeezed
  • 7 tsp spice mix (Chinese spices)
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 15 minutes

Finely chop or crush the garlic. Combine it with all the liquid ingredients and spices to make a sauce and mix well. Then slice the leek into rings. Everything is ready. Now you need a bowl (preferably with a sealable lid) in which to marinate the meat. Layer the meat as follows: sauce, leek, meat, sauce, leek, meat, etc. Close the lid (or cover the bowl with something else) and refrigerate. Let it stand for 1-3 days, turning the bowl halfway through (or turning the slices of meat over) to ensure the marinade is evenly distributed. Enjoy your grilling or roasting, and bon appetit!
