Green ribbon pasta in cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 200 g ham (toast ham)
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 500 g tagliatelle, green
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the whipped cream, cut the cheese into small cubes, stir it into the cream along with the crème fraîche, and let it melt slowly. Cut the ham into thin strips, stir it in, and season the cheese sauce with oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, serve, pour the cheese sauce over it, and sprinkle with parsley.
