Gyros in Spring with Jasmine – Spring Rice.
The perfect gyros in spring with jasmine – spring rice. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Gyros !
- 500 g Pigs – Sliced
- 60 g Onion rings
- 1,5 tablespoon Gyros spice
- 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
to fill in:
- 1 Pc. Food storage bag
Garnish :
- 1 Cup Jasmine rice
- 1 liter Salted water
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 1 Pc. Cardamom pod
Cut vegetables into small pieces:
- 2 Pc. Spring onions fresh
- 0,5 Pc. Red peppers
- 10 Pc. Mini carrots
Fry the gyros:
- 1 Pc. Onion rings
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 300 ml Meatsoup
- 100 g Sour cream 10% fat
if necessary:
- 1 tablespoon Mondamine powder
- 1 Sip Water
Salad :
- 100 g Lettuce leaves
- 100 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 Pc. Tomato
- 1 Pc. Spring onions fresh, cut
- 1 Salad spoon Vinegar
- 2 Salad spoon Rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 0,5 bunch Finely chopped parsley
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- Put the meat with the seasoning, onion rings and oil in a food storage bag. Close the bag and shake well. It is best to leave the bag in the refrigerator overnight.
Side dish: special rice
- Cut the spring onions + peppers.
- Measure rice in boiling salted water and cook with curry and cardamom. Remove the cardamom halfway through. (be sure to use)
- Add the vegetables shortly before the end of the cooking time and switch off, just let them steep.
- The cardamom gives the dish a special touch. However, it should be removed after half the time.
Dessert:
- Caramel pudding with raspberry – violet – decoration.
Fry the gyros:
- Fry some rapeseed oil in the pan, add onion rings of 1 onion (which I had previously sprinkled with 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika). Add meat and fry. Now add the tomato paste and the broth right on top. Now about 15min. ferment. Add sour cream and thicken the sauce if necessary.
Salad :
- Clean, wash, spin dry. Wash spring onions snow. Wash tomato cut add. Make and dress the vinaigrette.
