Gyros soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg gyros meat
  • 4 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 bags of soup (onion soup)
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • ½ bottle of chili sauce
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 13 hours

Brown the meat and let it cool. Pour cream over it and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Prepare the onion soup according to the instructions and add it along with the diced bell peppers, corn, and seasoning sauce. Stir well and simmer for at least another 10 minutes.
