Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 onion(s), thinly sliced
- 1 pack of meat (gyro meat, frozen)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150g tzatziki
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Knead flour, butter, milk, and salt into a dough, then chill for about 30 minutes. Prepare the gyros according to the package instructions, adding the onion. Roll out the dough in a springform pan. Prick the dough with a fork. Place the fried gyros, tzatziki, and onion on the dough, finely chop the feta, and sprinkle over the dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
