Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg meat, seasoned gyro meat
- 1 ½ cups cream cheese spread
- ½ cup processed cheese (herbs)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brown the gyros and place them in a casserole dish. Heat the cream and melted cheese in a saucepan; do not let it boil! Pour the cheese sauce over the gyros and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is lightly browned. Serve with the following: baguette, rice, mixed salad, or tzatziki.
