Sinadaran
- 100 g Askewar kwakwa
- 100 g Core mix
- 50 g Chia tsaba
- 50 g An sanya shi
- 50 g Babban ganyen oatmeal mai sheƙa
- 50 g Cikakken peeled almonds
- 30 g Man shafawa
- 1 Vanilla kwafsa
- 2 Kirfa sandunansu
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon ƙasa
Umurnai
- A sa aske kwakwa, cakuda kwaya, tsaban chia, tsaban flax da oatmeal a cikin kwano. A yayyanka almonds a hankali a gauraya da kyau tare da teaspoon 1 na kirfa.
Preheat tanda zuwa digiri 160!

- Gasa a cikin tanda na kimanin minti 10. Sa'an nan kuma juya shi da spatula kuma motsawa kadan! Sa'an nan kuma gasa na tsawon minti 10-15. Sanyi a kan takardar yin burodi!
- Idan kuna son shi mai dadi, ƙara wasu syrup agave, zuma ko maple syrup kafin yin burodi! Kafin cika, zaku iya cire kirfa da kwasfa na vanilla! Na sanya shi a cikin gilashin kuma ya fi dadi! 🙂
