Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 200 ml Whipped cream 30% fat
  • 50 g Desiccated coconut
  • 0,5 can Pineapple
  • 50 g Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Drain the pineapple, mix the liquid with the desiccated coconut and sugar and let it steep for 30 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Mix the quark and the pineapple, hit with the "magic wand" so that the pineapple is roughly chopped. Add the desiccated coconut, beat again SHORtspY. Then fold in the cream by hand. Let stand cold.
  • Alternatively, you can replace the pineapple liquid in whole or in part with coconut liqueur or rum, if you like, can or may!
