Turkey Ragout on Ribbon Noodles À La Heiko

The perfect turkey ragout on ribbon noodles à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • 100 g Peas frozen
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Flour
  1. Cook the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash tomatoes and also cut into small cubes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions in it. Add the meat and fry well. Season with salt, pepper, chilli and paprika. Scatter the flour over the meat and pour the cream and stock on top. Now add the tomatoes and peas and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Now pour the ragout over the ribbon noodles and serve with a green salad. Good Appetite.
