Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 hake fillet(s)
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Slice the garlic and zucchini. Score the skin of the fish with a sharp knife. Place two slices of garlic into each cut. Place the zucchini in a shallow dish and place the fish on top. Drizzle with oil, season with salt, and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
