Hake in leek and white wine sauce with sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s) (hake)
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 100 g sour cream
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the fish, season with lemon juice, and season with salt. Cut the leek into thin strips. Add the fish, leek, and wine to the pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 6 minutes. Remove the fish from the pan and keep warm. Mix the sour cream with the cornstarch and milk and add it to the pan with the dill. Simmer for 2 minutes. Season to taste and pour over the fish. I serve it with rice.
