Halibut Salad

The perfect halibut salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Smoked halibut
  • 1 Wild mango
  • Or
  • 0,5 Fresh mango
  • 1 Kiwi fresh
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 0,5 Orange fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 piece Chilli
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 2 Handful Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame black
  • Onion rings
  • Salt and pepper
  • Coriander leaves
  • Or
  • Parsley leaves
  1. Peel, core and dice the mango. Peel and dice the kiwi. Dice the peppers and chilli, cut the spring onions into rings. Mix these ingredients with the rocket and sesame seeds. Add the garlic and rocket and mix.
  2. Squeeze the orange, whisk with the olive oil, pepper and a little salt. Pour over the salad.
  3. Remove the halibut from the skin and implements. Cut into cubes and add to the salad.
  4. Season to taste with pepper and a little salt, coriander or parsley.
