Mix all the ingredients together well. This works best in a bowl with a dough hook first. Then knead the dough well on a floured work surface until you have a nice, soft dough; this can take a little time and effort. Wrap the dough in cling film and place it in the fridge for about 15 minutes. After that, roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm. Then cut out shapes as desired. We used special bat and ghost cookie cutters for this. Spread out on the baking tray and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes. Then decorate as desired. There are no limits to your creativity. Whether it’s icing, chocolate, icing, or two of the same shape stuck on top of each other with jam, they all taste delicious.
