Halloween-Muffins
The perfect halloween-muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 120 g Soft butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Grated zest of an organic lemon
- 200 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Sifted powdered sugar
- Orange and green fondant
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C, grease a muffin tin well. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and lemon zest in a bowl until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk and lemon juice. Pour the batter three quarters into the recesses of the muffin tray and bake for about 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
- Cut pumpkins out of the orange fondant. Roll a small stalk out of the green fondant and form a “lawn” with the garlic press. Mix the icing sugar and water or lemon juice into a thick icing and brush the muffins with it. Place pumpkins on top and decorate with the greenery. Happy Halloween
