Tarte Flambée with Pear, Camembert, Radicchio and Walnuts

The perfect tarte flambée with pear, camembert, radicchio and walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Ready-made dough Tarte
  • 1 medium sized Pear
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Camembert double cream setting
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 25 g Chopped walnuts
  • 0,5 smaller Finely chopped radicchio
  • Balsamic Cream Fig
  • Pepper salt
  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the tarte flambée batter. Roll out the dough on the baking sheet and brush with the sour cream. Season with pepper and salt and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan.
  2. Wash the pear, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Cut the camembert into thin slices. Top the tarte flambée batter first with pear, then with the camembert and pour the chopped walnuts and radicchio over the top. Withhold some radicchio.
  3. Drizzle with the balsamic cream and then bake for about 15 minutes until crispy.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with the rest of the radicchio and enjoy with a good white wine.
