Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g cheese (Emmental)
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 60 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 ml milk
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin thoroughly. Coarsely grate the cheese. Chop the ham into small pieces. Combine flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl. Add the egg, butter, and milk and mix well. Finally, fold in the cheese and ham. Pour batter into the muffin tins and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
