Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Microwave each tortilla for 25 seconds. Mix the cream cheese with the chives. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the tortillas and top each with a slice of ham and two lettuce leaves. Roll up the tortillas, wrap them in plastic wrap, and let them rest in the refrigerator. Slice before serving.
