Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g ham
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 130 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Finely chop the ham. Coarsely grate the eggs. Finely chop the chives. Mix the ham with mayonnaise and mustard, then stir in the eggs, chives, salt, and pepper.
