Ham and Eggs Upside Down

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 egg(s), size L
  • some herbal salt
  • n. B. chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat a small nonstick frying pan and fry the bacon slices on one side. Flip the bacon over, then slowly slide the fried egg onto the bacon slices. Reduce the heat and fry until the egg white is set. Using a spatula, flip the entire ham and egg over and continue frying briefly. Then flip the pan back over, season with a little herb salt, and serve immediately.
