Ingredients for 4 servings:
- oil
- 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into thin rings
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 200 g ham, finely diced
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 1 pack of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
goes very well with a chive cream sauce
Lightly fry the leek and ham in a little oil, add the cheese, and mix everything with the whipped cream. Then let it cool. Roll out the puff pastry, spread the filling, and roll it up. Prick several times with a fork and bake in the oven at 180°C fan-assisted for 25-30 minutes.
