Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g ham, raw, chopped
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 pack of yeast, fresh
- 125 ml olive oil
- 150 g cheese (grated Emmental)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
to wine
Using a dough hook, make a dough (it will be slightly runny). Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 200°C for about 60 minutes.
