Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ liter of water
- 80 g butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 150 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 150 g diced ham
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Choux pastry with ham cubes, delicious!
Combine water, nutmeg, salt, and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the flour all at once, stirring until a ball forms (choux pastry). Let cool, then beat in the eggs one at a time with a hand mixer. Finally, mix in the ham cubes and cheese. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
