Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 200 g margarine, butter will probably work too
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g ham, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, combine the flour with the baking powder. Then add the fat, low-fat quark, and ham cubes and knead. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (or 200°C fan-assisted) for about 20 minutes.
