Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g ham, cooked without rind
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp cream
- 400 g puff pastry
- 1 egg(s)

Swiss ham croissants
Heat the butter and sauté the onion and parsley for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Finely chop the ham and place it in a bowl. Add the onion and parsley mixture, mustard, salt, pepper, and cream, and mix well. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out triangles. Spoon some of the filling onto the triangles and roll up towards the point. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush well with beaten egg yolk, and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
