Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 point sheep’s cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled if desired
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Pepper, fresh
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, or more
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the feta cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, and chili peppers into small cubes and place in a bowl. Crush the garlic over the cheese. Slice the onion into rings and add. Season with salt and pepper and add the olive oil. Mix everything together and pour into an ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven for about 10-20 minutes. Tastes great as a side dish with grilled food or simply with white bread.
