Ham in paprika sauce with beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g beans
  • 300 g ham
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 20 g paprika powder
  • some butter for sautéing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quick to make and delicious

Cook the beans until almost cooked through, then set aside. Chop the onions and tomatoes, and dice the ham. Sauté the onions in butter, add the chopped tomatoes and ham, and season with paprika. Add the beans and mix everything together. Pour the cream over the top, season to taste, and serve immediately.
