Ingredients

  • 300 g Cooked ham
  • 1 Glass Cucumber slices for sandwich
  • 1 Glass Baby corn
  • 6 boiled Eggs
  • 1 liter Water
  • 130 g Aspic powder 200 Bloom
  • 0,25 liter White vinegar
  • 0,25 liter Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Stir the brawn powder (I have Aspik Ass 200 Bloom) into water and heat it up. Always stir until it becomes clear. Season with salt and pepper and add the vinegar.
  • A loaf pan, or whatever you want. A layer of ham, cucumber, eggs and corn. Then pour a thin layer of brawn over it. Put it in the fridge. So 20 minutes. Then the next layer, and so on until the loaf pan is full.
  • In the meantime, peel the potatoes. Peel the onions. I took raw potatoes and sauté them in a pan with rapeseed oil and butter. I like to add caraway seeds, the onions and season. I just need salt, but they have to be crispy.
  • When the jellied meat and potatoes are ready, serve. And I can tell you that it was so delicious.
