Ham noodles with zucchini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g pasta
  • 80 g ham
  • 50 g bacon cubes
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the ham into small, fine strips. Trim the zucchini and cut into bite-sized pieces. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the salt. Add the pasta and zucchini pieces to the water and cook for about 10 minutes, until the pasta is cooked and the zucchini is slightly soft. Brown the bacon and ham in a large pan. Drain the pasta and zucchini and add them to the pan. Remove the stems from the parsley, chop finely, and mix with the Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the butter over the dish and stir in the parsley and Parmesan mixture.
